Accredited Chemical Technology Programs
The CSCT Board works in association with the Canadian
Council of Technologists and Technicians, to participate in the Canadian Technology Accreditation Board
and to work with provincial associations to accredit chemical technology programs.
The Canadian Technology Accreditation Board
(CTAB) is a standing committee of the Canadian Council of Technicians
and Technologists (CCTT), created in 1982 from CCTT's national standards
committee. CTAB strives to provide a national accreditation program that
enables educational agencies offering applied science and engineering
technician and technologist programs to meet the challenges presented by
technological change. The Canadian Society for Chemical Technology
has representatives on CTAB.
