The CIC offers you links to education assessment institutions for employment purposes.

The CIC assesses education solely for membership level purposes. To have your educational papers assessed for employment purposes, contact one of the institutions listed below.  Some assessments, such as for the chemical technologist certification may require a course–by–course assessment from these organizations.

International Credential Assessment Service: An educational credential assessment can be done on a general or course–by–course basis.

World Education Services: A WES evaluation is your passport to education and employment. Whether you want to continue your education, seek professional licensing or employment, the WES evaluation makes sure that your international academic credentials are recognized

University of Toronto
A Comparative Education Services (CES) assessment gives a document-by-document equivalency of foreign academic credentials to Canadian educational levels: secondary schools, post-secondary institutions, colleges and universities are evaluated. CES evaluates documents from every country in the world.

Canadian Council of Professional Engineers
The Engineering International-Education Assessment Program (EIEAP) assesses the educational qualifications of individuals who were educated and trained outside of Canada, by comparing their education to a Canadian engineering education. The EIEAP is the only assessment service in Canada specializing exclusively in the assessment of engineering education credentials. It does not evaluate work experience.
