CSCT Certification
Apply for a certified chemical technologist designation (cCT).
Designation as cCT gained the approval of the Canadian Society for Chemical Technology (CSCT) membership with the ratification of its new bylaws in 1987.

PLEASE NOTE:

The assessment of the education of applicants who have studied in countries other than Canada, where there is presently no reciprocity agreement with Canada, is a challenge. Documents are assessed to ensure that the individual has taken all the courses (or their equivalents) required to be a technologist–whether graduating in Canada or another country. It is therefore required that those applicants with foreign degrees provide a course by course evaluation of their credentials, rather than the shorter general evaluation. Evaluation forms and further information on assessments can be obtained through services such as the International Credential Assessment Service (www.icascanada.ca) or World Education Services (www.wes.org).

There is an administration fee of $25 plus GST ($26.75) or HST ($28.75) for the assessment of the cCT application form. This fee is non-refundable
