The Chemical Institute of Canada - Chemical Education Division

• Serve chemical educators in Canada by providing opportunities for sharing of ideas, networking at conferences, coordinating activities for students and teachers, and catalyzing innovation in the teaching of chemistry.
• Affiliated with all three constituent societies of The Chemical Institute of Canada:  the Canadian Society for Chemistry (CSC); the Canadian Society for Chemical Engineering (CSChE); and the Canadian Society for Chemical Technology (CSCT). 
• Sponsor initiatives which target chemical educators at universities and colleges, high school teachers, and students.  These include programming at conferences, workshops, co-ordination of the Canadian Chemistry Contest, and involvement in National Chemistry Week and the Canadian Chemistry Olympiad.  Members of College Chemistry Canada (C3) can join as affiliate members of the Chemical Education Division.
• Host the Committee for Women in Science and the History of Chemistry Working Group.
