The Chemical Education Division (CED) serves as a host for the CIC Women in Science Group, which is represented on the CED Executive by its Chair. The Women in Science Group has organized sessions at most recent annual CSC conferences, and produced booklets entitled "Women's Contributions to Chemistry: A Historical Perspective and Women at the Forefront," (1993) and "Careers of Canadian Women in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering." (1994) The Women in Science Group holds an annual business meeting at the CSC Conference.
